AD SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Please Do:
• Supply art as PDF/X-1
• Provide all fonts, including printer and screen fonts
• Provide all images as TIFF or EPS files, in CMYK format
• 300 dpi at print size
• Specify all colours as standard process colour (CMYK)
• Double-check that your ad is the proper dimensions
• Please name your ad file: ‘YOUR COMPANY NAME” for easy i.d.
Please Do Not:
• Supply PDFs without PDF/X-1 cert.
• Supply fonts or images that are not part of your ad
• Send images in JPEG
• Supply artwork with PMS coloursfor acceptable substitutions.

NOTE!
All ads are 4-colour. Prices are for digitally supplied final artwork. Images in ads must be 300 DPI. $50 per hour will be charged for ad design. Herizons is printed at 150 line screen. Send electronic ads up to 10MB to editor@herizons.ca. Ask for ftp instructions if needed. Ads are subject to acceptance by the publishers. Rates are net of agency commission.
